“Meditation changes the brain completely both structurally and functionally and therefore changes what we are.”

We all know physical exercise is good for the body. We can also exercise our brains. This can be achieved with meditation. Meditation is a habitual process of training our minds to focus and redirect our thoughts. Research has revealed that we can change the brain’s structure and functioning with meditation. Experiments have been conducted on long-time mediators and it has been revealed that their brain is activated on a very high scale. Their mental practice has an effect on the brain in the same way as golf or tennis practice enhances the performance of the players.
