A sudden thought of serenity comes to mind upon glancing at the sun rays entering those dormers with fresh breeze dancing on dulcet music. The dew on leaves seems more than any opulence of the world, with perennial grass welcoming the new dawn, a new morning : an indication of abundant hopes !
The story started back in 2019, when I opted for medical stream after my board exams. It was not out of any hatred for mathematics or fascination for biology but I had pre-decided that” Meri manzil toh white coat hi hai.” Upon entering the rat’s race against time, I realised that in India, pre-medical entrance exam was like an ocean brimming with aspirations. The very concept of exceptionally genius minds competing for a few medical seats used to make me disheartened. Moreover, the middle class family scenario was a constant reminder that I had to burn the midnight oil to get a government seat. However, the unfathomable affection and support from my parents instilled a constant hope that I had to make it big, indeed! I still remember how my mom used to motivate me by saying” Mujhe pata hai tu kr legi, kyuki tujhme woh junoon hai.”
