Thoughts…..Thoughts…..Thoughts….
Consciously or subconsciously, they are an integral part of our life. Our thoughts dwell on past, present and future of our life. Usually, our thoughts tip towards past and future rather than the present (because we are not saints). Therefore the business of ‘Mindfulness’ is thriving. So, till we attain Zen status, thoughts of the bygone or the forthcoming events are going to rankle us. Thinking of the time gone we go through a gamut of emotions ranging from regrets and frustrations to ecstasy and joy. And thoughts of future uphold an anxious state as we want to leap up and grab the future feverishly that raises the cortisol levels.
